Whether you’re a local Londoner or just passing through, The Cube provides a glam culinary viewing platform over the city’s stunning South Bank.... MILLY DOUGLAS

Great food, great views and a great location; The Cube is the epitome of exclusivity. Holding a maximum of 18 guests, it’s a new restaurant to open in London’s riverside South Bank from 1st June until 30th September.

The structure is extremely modern, and mainly consists of large windows, which provide spectacular views across the Thames – The Cube is facing the iconic Big Ben, and adjacent to the London Eye, and the cityscape is at its most impressive when daylight begins to fade and every place along the river lights up.

This was no doubt the perfect choice of restaurant for those who wanted a good view of the Jubilee Regatta, and one of the first glimpses of what Kate Middleton’s chose to wear.

Each meal at The Cube consists of a minimum of five courses, and when you dine here you are quite literally at the chef’s table, with the open plan kitchen

The-Cube-PopUp-Londonbeing close enough to earn a tasty dish full of tricks of the trade on cooking from one of the British Isles’ maestros.

All the ingredients are organic, free-range, and locally sourced as you would expect, and the menus and chefs change depending on when you book, which will guarantee your own experience will be unique!

It would make the perfect present for your other half, or maybe you could dine here as a grand birthday treat for you and seventeen of your nearest and dearest.
